梯度孔径通孔多孔铝合金的空气吸声性能 被引量:7

摘要 为了克服现有多孔铝合金的吸声性能在不同频率下存在较大波动的问题,采用渗流法制备了可控孔径的梯度孔径多孔铝合金,分析了孔径梯度、试样厚度对吸声性能的影响。结果表明:梯度孔径多孔铝合金的吸声性能较现有多孔铝合金提高约55%,其宽频吸声性能优异。 To promote the sound absorption performance at different frequencies,gradual porous aluminium alloy was processed via pressure infiltration.The correlation between sound absorption and morphological parameters such as grads and thickness had been studied.The results show that the sound absorption property of gradual porous aluminium alloy is improved by about 55% compared with normal porous aluminium alloy.
