低高径比锆基非晶合金试样的室温压缩断裂行为 被引量:1

摘要 利用万能试验机及扫描电镜等研究了Zr41.25Ti13.75Ni10Cu12.5Be22.5大块非晶合金的室温低高径比压缩变形和断裂行为。结果表明:Zr41Ti14Cu12.5Ni10Be22.5大块非晶合金低高径比试样压缩以弹性变形为主兼有少量塑性变形,表现出加工硬化行为,抗压强度达2 031 MPa;试样断裂面与载荷轴线之间的夹角有0°,39°~43°和90°三种类型;其变形、断裂都是以剪切方式进行,呈现出劈裂、剪切和分层三种形式;此非晶合金低高径比试样压缩变形与断裂特征表现出的多样性缘于在该条件下存在着复杂应力场。 The compression deformation and fracture behaviors of Zr41.25Ti13.75Ni10Cu12.5Be22.5 bulk metallic glass with low ratio of height to diameter have been studied by means of Instron Univeral-Testing Machine(IUTM) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM) at room temperature.The elastic deformation was dominated by plastic deformation before fracture.Work hardening was found during the plastic deformation and fracture stress reached 2 031 MPa.The macrocopic morphology of the cylinder samples with low ratio of heig...
