摘要
为研究纳米TiO2的磨损自修复作用及摩擦条件对修复的影响,将纳米TiO2作为添加剂加入350 SN基础油中,采用HQ-1环块摩擦磨损试验机考察了纳米TiO2对磨损表面的修复作用,在不同载荷、转速、修复时间条件下进行了磨损试验,以质量变化及粗糙度变化来评价添加剂的修复效果。结果表明:纳米TiO2添加剂对磨损表面具有良好的修复作用,修复后表面粗糙度降低了10.26%;其自修复性能受载荷、速度、摩擦时间的影响。
In order to study the automatic restoration action for wear of nano-TiO2 and the influence of frictional condition on automatic restoration,the repairing action to worn steel surface of nano-TiO2 as an addtive in 350SN oil was tested using an HQ-1 wear machine.The influence of load and slide velocity on automatic restoration capability was also studied.And the automatic restoration effect was evaluated by the changes of mass and roughness.The results show that nano-TiO2 has an obvious effect on repairing,an...
