摘要 为解决Al-6Mg-0.2Sc合金半球形件胀形过程中变形区的材料变形流动特点及材料参数等因素对变形的影响,对其胀形工艺进行了试验研究及仿真分析。结果表明:根据等应变速率胀形的模拟结果进行的等应变速率胀形得到的超塑性胀形件存在厚度分布不均和空洞等缺陷,最后采用钢正反向超塑性胀形工艺及增加背压等措施,对于改善胀形件厚度分布不均和降低空洞有比较明显的效果。 In order to study the material mobile factor in the distortion zone and the influence of material parameters on sheet bulging,experimental study and simulation analysis of the sheet bulging were conducted.A bulging model of hemisphere was built and simulated on the basis of const and strain forming to study the thickness distribution.The non-uniform thickness distribution and cavity have negative influence on the formability.Direct-reverse superplastic bulging can improve the thickness distribution greatly....
