摘要
建立多层次远程火箭炮兵营作战能力评估指标体系,并采用物元分析理论建立对其进行评估的模型。该方法能有效结合定性与定量分析,模型结构简单规范,为远程火箭炮兵营作战能力的评估提供一种比较有效的方法和途径。
Multilayer evaluation index system of effective- ness for The long-range rocket cannon barracks is build. And then, the evaluation model is presented with matter element analysis theory. The method can combine objective analysis with quantitative analysis effectively and the model is brief and canonical,which provides a good way for combat effectiveness evaluation of The long-range rocket cannon barracks.
