摘要 基于可调谐二极管激光吸收光谱(TDLAS)的痕量气体监测系统,为提高痕量气体浓度的高灵敏度测量,提出应用于此监测系统中的光电检测前置放大电路的一种改进设计,即程控增益光电检测前置放大电路。实现程序控制选择放大增益,完成光电检测程控前置放大电路的整体设计,并且系统具有很高的测量灵敏度。 Trace gas monitoring system is based on tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopic. In order to improve the sensitivity measurement of the trace gas concentration, proposed one kind of advanced design of photo-electricity detection of preamplifier circuit applied to this monitoring system, that is, the programmable gain preamplifier circuit of photo-electricity detection.
