谐振法测量介质复介电常数的研究

摘要 根据介质谐振器谐振频率与介质介电常数的关系,通过选择圆柱介质谐振器轴对称主模模的开波导结构,可以测量其谐振频率,并计算出介质相对介电常数和介质的损耗角正切。实验证明这种测量方法用于测量薄膜介质复介电常数简便、准确。 This paper introduces a method to measure complex permittivity of dielectric materials, which depends on the relationship between complex permittivity and frequency at which the dielectric cylindrical resonator is resonant. mode is chosen as its operating mode with open wave-guide configuration. Given the resonant frequency, the complex permittivity will be computed. It s turned out that the method can be used to measure the complex permittivity of membrane materials conveniently with exact results.
