急性颅脑损伤后56例垂体前叶激素变化分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的:研究急性颅脑损伤后垂体前叶激素的变化及其临床意义。方法:采用酶联免疫定量分析法,对156例颅脑损伤后第1天、3天、5天患者血清中的泌乳素(PRL)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)、促甲状腺素(TSH)进行定量分析。结果:与正常人相比,急性颅脑损伤后24小时内血清PRL、FSH含量显著升高,动态观察显示,受伤24~48小时上述指标仍持续升高,第3天后逐步下降。GCS评分9~12、6~8、3~5 PRL分别为17.31±7.10μg/L、21.12±8.72μg/L、21.12±8.72μg/L。FSH分别为3.05±1.44 IU/L、3.26±1.13 IU/L、3.26±1.13 IU/L。两项指标6~8分、3~5分与9~12分组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),TSH无显著性改变。结论:颅脑损伤对垂体前叶的内分泌功能有显著影响。
