采用原子吸收光谱法测定酵母粉中的微量铜、铅、锌、铁、锰的含量,方法简便快速、结果准确、重现性好。加标回收率98.3%-102.6%,相对标准偏差0.005%-0.17%。

The amount of Cu,Pb,Zn,Fe and Mn in Yeast were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry. The method is simple and rapid with satisfactory results and good reproducibility. The average recovery rates are 98.3%-102.6%,and the relative standard deviationg are 0.005%-0.17%.
