摘要 本文叙述了用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-AES)技术测定纯铜中Cr、Pb、Cd、Hg等元素含量的方法。实验研究了试样的溶解方法、酸度的影响、谱线的选择、光谱干扰和基体干扰等,采用基体匹配和离峰扣背景相结合的方法校正干扰。通过各种条件试验,确定了仪器最佳测量条件。该方法简便、快速,检出限、准确度和精密度均较好,各元素的回收率在95.0%-109.2%之间,测量的相对标准偏差均小于3%。 This paper describes a method for the determination of Cr、Pb、Cd and Hg in pure copper by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry. The method of sample dissolution, the influence of acidity, choice of analytical spectral line, spectral and matrix interferences and the method of correction were studied.
