摘要
背景与目的 :研究三氧化二砷(As2O3)对人恶性黑色素瘤A375 细胞端粒酶活性的抑制作用,探讨砷及其化合物治疗恶性黑色素瘤的作用机制 ,为砷及其化合物治疗恶性黑色素瘤提供新的理论和实验依据。 材料与方法 :用TRAP_ELISA和TRAP_PAGE银染法测定A375 细胞端粒酶活性。结果 :As2O3 对人恶性黑色素瘤A375 细胞端粒酶活性抑制有明显的浓度和时间依赖关系。结论 :As2O3 对恶性黑色素瘤A375
BACKGROOND&AIM: To study the inhibition of telomerase activity in melanoma A 375 cells by arsenic trioxide(As 2 O 3 ).We analyzed the inhibition of telomerase activity in A 375 cells by TRAP_ELISA and TRAP_PAGE_silver staining.
