摘要
通过单因素试验研究浸提温度、时间、固液比对黄精多糖提取率的影响,并在此基础上进行三因素三水平正交试验,研究不同因素水平组合条件对提取率的影响。结果显示,浸提温度是影响黄精多糖提取率的主要因素,较佳的提取工艺条件为:浸提温度90℃,浸提时间4h,固液比1∶30,在此条件下黄精多糖的提取率为10.451%。
The effect of extraction temperature, time and the ratio of solid to liquid on extraction rate was studied by the method of single factor experiment. The orthogonal design was applied to analyze the influence of the three factors on the rate.
