摘要
用2.5%的OV-17,长度为1m的不锈钢填充柱,以邻苯二甲酸二乙酯为内标物,在190℃柱温下,用FID检测器对3-特丁基-6-甲基脲嘧啶进行定量分析。该方法的变异系数为0.25%,平均回收率为99.96%,线性相关系数为0.9991。
3-tert.-butyl-6-methyluracil was analyzed by gas chromatography with flame ionization detection on φ2.5mm×1m 2.5% OV-17/gas chromosorb WHP(80-100m) packed column. The column temperature was 190 degree Celsius. The ionization temperature was 220 degree Celsius. And the detection temperature was 220 degree Celsius too, The linear relationship of this method was very good. The standard deviation and aviation coefficient were 0.23% and 0.25% respectively.
