摘要
以过氧化二苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂,通过悬浮聚合法将甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)单体和苯乙烯(ST)单体合成了甲基丙烯酸甲酯苯乙烯共聚物.在小试基础上成功进行了中间放大试验,利用元素分析、红外光谱(IR)、核磁共振(NMR)和凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)等现代分析手段对小试和中试2种产品进行了结构表征,确定它们的结构、分子量、分子量分布和分子组成.
Styrene-methyl methacrylate copolymer was synthesized with methyl methacrylate and styrene monomer by suspension polymerization,whith BPO as initiator.The experiment of middle amplification was carried out successfully on the basis of small experiments.The synthesized products of both small and middle experiments were charcterized by modern analytical methods such as element analysis,IR,NMR and GPC.The structure was confirmed;the molecular weight and its distributing and molecular composition were determine...
