摘要
描述了一种模拟喷射成形倾斜喷射过程沉积坯外形生长的数学模型,该数学模型考虑了喷射成形过程中各种工艺参数如偏心距离、沉积盘的倾斜角度等因素的影响.经过模拟计算得到沉积坯的三维外形尺寸及对应的工艺参数,表明采用该模型可以预测在不同工艺参数下喷射成形沉积坯的生长外形.
A mathematical model was put forward to simulate the growing profile of billet shape during the incline spray forming process.The model includes some process parameters relating to the shape profile such as eccentric distance and incline angle of depositional tray.The three-dimensional billet profile and the corresponding process parameters can be obtained by simulation,which shows that the model can be applied to predict the billet profile under different process parameters.
