摘要
利用有限元分析软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA模拟了H型钢开坯热轧变形过程.详细比较了压下量不变的情况下,改变道次数对轧制过程产生的影响;并对有限元模型的建立、材料模型的选取、单元的选择以及网格的划分进行了详细说明.为H型钢开坯各个道次压下量的分配提供了一定的数据支持,并为H型钢开坯轧制工艺流程的研究提供了依据.
The numerical simulation for hot dynamics cogging rolling of H beam was conducted by finite element method using software ANSYS/LS-DYNA,and the effects of changing the amounts of pass on rolling process under constant reduction were compared.The establishment of FEM model,the selection of material models,the determination of element types and the meshing were introduced in detail.The simulation presents the data for every pass reduction assignment of cogging rolling of H beam,providing the theoretical basis...
