A Novel Needle Valve Assembled with Forced Lubricating Groove

提出了一种新颖的针阀偶件设计方案。它的特点是在其导向面上引入了高压燃油,进而达到了强制润滑其导向部位的目的。该设计已获中国国家专利局的授权。按照该设计生产的产品在高强化中速机车柴油机上的运用结果表明,该型针阀偶件大大减少了故障率,使用寿命得到大幅度的提高。

The design proposal of a novel needle valve assembly is given.It introduced high-pressure fuel oil to its guidance surface and thus achieved the goal of forced lubricating of the guidance part.The design has been patented by Chinese State Patent Office.The products based on the design was applied on high-intensity,medium speed locomotive diesel engine.Application results show that it can largely reduce fault rate and greatly increase service life.
