摘要
结合大功率柴油机提升功率的数值计算工作,介绍了评估气缸盖螺栓强度的两种方法:静强度分析法和疲劳强度校核法。就疲劳强度校核在考虑螺纹的基础上建立了螺栓的CAD实体模型,并采用接触分析法,对螺栓的应力应变状态进行了有限元计算分析。
According to the numerical simulation of heavy-duty diesel engine to raise power,two methods to assess the strength of cylinder head bolt,static calculation and fatigue stress check,are introduced.The method of fatigue strength check was based on a CAD bolt model with thread.Contact finite element analysis of cylinder head bolt was carried out to study the state of stress and strain.
