类风湿关节炎病人血清中催乳素水平及与IL-6的关系

Measurement of prolactin from sera in patients with rheumatoid arthritis

[目的]探讨催乳素在类风湿关节炎(rheum atoid arthritis,RA)发病中的作用。[方法]放射免疫分析法检测RA病人血清中催乳素及白细胞介素6(IL-6)的水平。[结果]RA组与对照组血清中催乳素水平分别为(9.9±3.0)g/L与(8.5±2.4)g/L(P<0.05);IL-6的水平分别为(27.8±7.5)pg/mL与(15.6±3.2)pg/mL(P<0.01)。催乳素水平与IL-6呈正相关关系(r=0.52;P<0.01)。[结论]催乳素可能是导致RA发病的一个因素,且与IL-6可能存在着相互调节的作用。

[Objective] To study the role of prolactin on pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis(RA) and the relation between prolactin and interleukin-6(IL-6).[Methods] Prolactin and IL-6 from RA patients group and normal persons controls group were determined by radioimmunoassay.[Results] In RA patients and controls,the levels of prolactin were 9.9±3.0 g/L and 8.5±2.4 g/L(P<0.05).The levels of IL-6 were 27.8±7.5 pg/mL.and 15.6±3.2 pg/mL(P<0.01).There was positive correlation between prolactin and IL-6(r=0.52;P<0.01).[C...
