气管插管术后并发症杓状软骨关节脱位的临床回顾总结

Review of arytenoid cartilage dislocation-a postoperative complication caused by endotracheal intubation

[目的]通过对实行气管内插管术后出现杓状软骨关节脱位(arytenoid cartilage dislocation)病例进行系统回顾,并讨论其发生原因、诊断以及临床处理方法。[方法]系统回顾1995年1月~2006年12月所有气管插管麻醉病人共11809例,统计出现杓状软骨关节脱位的例数。[结果]杓状软骨关节脱位发生率为0.59‰,是气管插管术后比较少见的并发症,其发生原因有多种。[结论]积极的预防可能会避免其发生,一旦发生诊断明确及时处理可痊愈。

[Objective] To made a systematic reflect and summary about arytenoid cartilage dislocation caused by endotracheal intubation.Its occurrence、diagnosis and treatment are also discussed.[Methods] We reviewed 11809 cases of endotracheal intubation from January,1995 to November,2006.7 cases of arytenoid cartilage dislocation were found from all the patients.[Results] For endotracheal intubation,arytenoid cartilage dislocation occurs infrequently.The total incidence of the complication was 0.59‰.[Conclusion] Earl...
