摘要
[目的]探讨胃癌合并糖尿病患者围手术期的治疗。[方法]总结分析36例胃癌合并糖尿病患者的围手术期相关资料。[结果]36例患者均进行了限期手术,31例患者经控制血糖后施行胃癌根治术,5例采用姑息性切除手术,术中均顺利,术后出现各种并发症6例,无酮症酸中毒及死亡病例。最后均临床治愈。[结论]对于胃癌合并糖尿病患者,严格监测、控制血糖,完善妥当的处理有利于安全渡过围手术期。
