基质金属蛋白酶-9及CD147在口腔鳞癌侵袭转移中的作用 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]探讨基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)和CD147在口腔鳞癌侵袭转移过程中的作用和二者的相互关系。[方法]应用免疫组化方法检测48例口腔鳞癌和10例正常口腔黏膜组织的MMP-9、CD147蛋白的表达。[结果]口腔鳞癌组织和对照组织中MMP-9表达阳性率分别为87.5%和10.0%;CD147表达阳性率分别为89.6%和20.0%。有、无淋巴结转移组织中,MMP-9表达阳性率分别为100.0%和64.7%;CD147表达阳性率分别100.0%和70.6%。二者在各组间表达差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。[结论]MMP-9和CD147参与口腔鳞癌的侵袭转移。 [Objective]This study explored the function and correlationship of MMP-9 and CD147 in the invasion and metastasis of oral squamous cell carcinomas(OSCC).[Methods]The expressions of MMP-9 and CD147 were detected in 48 cases specimens OSCC group and 10 cases of normal mucosa control group embedded in paraffine by immunohistochemical method.[Results]The positive expression rates of MMP-9 were 87.5% in OSCC group and 10.0%in control group(P<0.01).The rates of CD147 were 89.6% and 20.0% respectively(P<0.01).In t...
