随着现代科技的发展,电子期刊作为最新高科技含量信息资源载体,对高校教学、科研工作发挥着愈见显著的作用。但由于设备与管理以及外界诸多因素的制约,使得电子期刊在利用率方面还存在着诸多问题。文章通过对影响电子期刊利用率因素的深入分析,从理论和实践结合之契点上对提高利用率进行了着力探讨,并提出了相应的对策。
