摘要
论述图书馆加入WTO后提供视听文献服务时涉及到的版权问题 ,及提供视听文献复制服务时的合理使用问题。
This paper discusses the copyright problems that are concerning the audiovisual document services and the reasonable audiovisual document duplicating services offered by the library after entering WTO.
