摘要
以管理学理论为依据 ,阐述图书馆新馆长大致要经历取信、亲近、认同三个阶段来发挥非权力性影响力 ,树立自己的威信 ,提高自己的权力性影响力 ,并以此对馆长提出了应具有献身图书馆事业 ,真抓实干、吸收集体智慧等七个方面的要求。
Based on the theory of management science,the article points out that in order to foster the prestige,and to expend the non-power influence,the newly-appointed curators have to experience three different stages in doing justice to their non-power influence,that is,wining the confidence of the colleagues,being intimated with the suborˉdinates,and obtaining the recognition of the masses.The author has also set forth seven requirements for the newly-appointed curators,namely to be devoted to the library cause,...
