摘要
文章论述了科技期刊在知识经济发展中的地位和作用 ;分析了科技期刊在知识创新体系中的功能特征 ;强调科技期刊必须坚持“三个代表”重要思想 ,加强自身建设 ,迎接科技期刊腾飞的新时代。
This paper discusses the role and status of sci-tech journals in the development of knowledge economy.It analyses the functional features of sci-tech journals in knowledge innovation system.The author holds that sci-tech journals must act on the important instruction of“Three Represents”by President Jiang Ze-min to strengthen the work of Chinese sci-tech periodicals in current situation,and looks forward to a newera for great advance of sci-tech journals.
