摘要
总结了100例小儿腹腔镜手术的护理体会。认为根据小儿腹腔镜手术中的特点,特别是注意小儿体位的护理,CO2气腹对小儿呼吸循环的影响,拟定相应的护理措施,作好术前访视及准备以及术中各种护理,规范使用和维护腹腔镜设备及器械等均是保障手术顺利完成,减少术中并发症的重要条件。
