摘要
目的探讨新生儿颈部温度与直肠温度的相关关系,为临床使用提供相关依据。方法采用普通体温计对109例新生儿测量颈部温度和直肠温度,自身对照进行分析比较。结果各时间段颈部温度和直肠温度的比较均有显著性差异(p<0.001),相关性分析显示均呈高度相关,有统计学意义(p≤0.001)。结论颈部温度和直肠温度虽然存在差异,但不影响诊断,颈部测量体温,方法简单、方便、安全、准确,可以用颈部测温代替直肠测温,方便护理人员操作。
Objective:To probe the correlation of jugular temperature and rectal one in neonates, and provide relative references for clinical temperature measurement.
