摘要
目的探讨社区康复护理对血管性痴呆患者病情的影响作用。方法随机将社区72名血管性痴呆患者分为研究组和对照组,研究组在药物治疗的同时,根据疾病的个体特征,给予患者长期系统的神经功能康复护理,对照组仅给药物治疗。分别在治疗前及治疗1年后进行神经功能缺损度及日常生活能力评定。结果研究组的神经功能缺损程度明显改善,日常生活能力显著提高,与对照组比较均有显著性差异(p<0.01)。结论社区康复护理对改善血管性痴呆患者的病情、提高其日常生活能力有着非常重要的作用。
Objective:To explore the effect of the rehabilitation nursing to the diseases progress in vascular dementias of communities. Method:Seventy-two vascular dement are randomly recruited in study group and control group.
