中药灌肠治疗剖宫产术后尿潴留的观察与护理

目的了解不同的护理方法对治疗剖宫产术后尿潴留的疗效,寻找快速有效的治疗剖宫产术后尿潴留的方法。方法对80例剖宫产术24小时拔尿管后发生尿潴留的产妇,随机分成中药灌肠组(自制中药保留灌肠)及药物穴位注射组(新斯的明1mg双侧足三里封闭),治疗后观察排尿情况。结果2种方法的结果经统计学处理,表明排尿时间及治疗成功率有显著性差异(p<0.05)。结论中药灌肠可快速有效地诱导排尿,无痛苦,值得临床推广应用。
