摘要
目的观察综合护理干预对提高社区高血压患者药物治疗依从性的效果。方法将社区门诊就诊的150名高血压患者随机分为健康教育组、家庭培训组和综合干预组,分别给予健康教育、家庭培训、综合护理干预;6个月后,对各组患者的服药依从性、门诊随访依从性、血压控制等进行评估。结果经过6个月的护理,综合护理干预组的患者在服药依从性、门诊随访依从性、血压控制效果等方面均好于另外两组,患者治疗依从性为综合干预组>家庭培训组>健康教育组(p<0.01)。结论内容包含患者健康教育、家属培训和专人随访等的综合护理干预措施能有效提高社区高血压患者药物治疗的依从性。
