摘要
目的探讨检查前护理干预对乳管内视镜检查乳头溢液患者焦虑心理的影响。方法对前来乳腺导管镜检查室预约的病人,运用状态-焦虑问卷自评表和自行设计调查问卷表对80例行乳管内视镜检查的患者进行测试,干预后在检查前0.5h运用自行设计调查问卷表评价效果。结果80例患者均存在焦虑心理。调查结果显示,干预后选择担心检查疼痛;担心医疗安全:感到紧张、恐惧;害羞4项的人数与干预前比较,存在显著性差异(p<0.05)。结论检查前护理干预对减轻患者焦虑心理具有重要作用。
