摘要
目的探讨血液灌流对小儿急性毒鼠强中毒的治疗效果及护理方法。方法采用BP-21血液灌流装置对34例毒鼠强中毒的患儿进行床旁血液灌流治疗,并与非血液灌流的30例患儿进行比较。结果血液灌流组与非血液灌流组比较,清醒时间及抽搐完全停止时间均显著减少(p<0.01),死亡率降低(p<0.01)。结论及早施实血液灌流治疗,加强护理与监护,可提高毒鼠强中毒患儿的治疗疗效,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To explore the treatment effect and nursing measures of blood perfusion applied to children with acute tetramine poison.
