摘要
目的观察连续硬膜外阻滞麻醉下剖宫术后早进食对产妇的影响,寻找减少剖宫产产后出血、有利于术后恢复和泌乳的护理方法。方法将300例剖宫产产妇随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各150例,观察组术后4~6h进食,对照组术后肛门排气后进食。观察2组病例阴道流血、伤口愈合、泌乳和肛门排气情况。结果观察组产妇产后肛门排气快穴p<0.05雪,阴道流血少穴p<0.05雪,伤口愈合快穴p<0.05雪,泌乳早且多穴p<0.05雪。结论剖宫术后早进食有利于产妇术后恢复,可促进母乳喂养。
Objective: To observe the effects of eating earlier after uterine-incision delivery (U-D) on postoperative recovery for puerpera under continuous epidural anesthesia, and explore the nursing methods to reduce the colporrhagia after U-D and improve lactating.
