摘要
目的探讨健康教育对葡萄膜炎患者掌握疾病相关知识的程度和服药依从性的影响。方法采用问卷形式对66例葡萄膜炎患者分别在健康教育前后行疾病相关知识及服药依从性调查。结果健康教育前,56.1%的患者不了解疾病相关知识,服药依从性好的只有37.9%,健康教育后,84.5%的患者了解疾病相关知识,服药依从性好的有87.9%,健康教育前后服药依从性有显著性差异穴χ2=15.2,p<0.01雪。结论健康教育能提高葡萄膜炎患者对疾病相关知识的了解程度,提高患者的服药依从性。
