摘要
目的探讨凹陷或扁平乳头的有效矫正方法及Y型乳头矫正器的矫正效果。方法将66例乳头凹陷或乳头扁平的初产妇分为观察组穴38例雪,用自行研制的乳头矫正器进行矫正。对照组穴28例雪用一次性注射器抽吸矫正。结果2组在乳头伸展长度、吸乳器每次持续作用时间、产妇舒适度、乳头矫正时间、总使用次数上有显著性差异穴p<0.05雪。结论自制的Y型乳头矫正器矫正乳头凹陷和乳头扁平效果优于一次性注射器抽吸矫正。
