摘要
目的探讨脑梗塞抑郁的相关因素,做好相应的护理。方法应用Zung抑郁量表对200例脑梗塞的患者进行分析。结果脑梗塞抑郁发生率45%,性别和文化程度与抑郁的发生无明显关系,年龄、社会支持、经济情况、生活自理情况与抑郁的发生有显著关系。结论脑梗塞抑郁的发生与多种因素有关,要采取相应的护理对策,以提高患者的生存质量。
Objective:To study the relevant factors of depression in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:Zung SDSquestionnaire was used to survey 200 patients with cerebral infarction.Results:45% of the patients with cerebral infarction suffered from depression to some extent.Single factor analysis showed that age,social support,economic factors,abilities of daily life were correlated with depression.Conclusion:It is suggest that multiple factors result in depression in patients with cerebral infarction.Clinical ...
