持续呼吸道正压吸氧治疗新生儿窒息的观察和护理 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究持续呼吸道正压吸氧(CPAP)治疗新生儿窒息合并呼吸衰竭的观察和护理。方法将新生儿窒息合并呼吸衰竭82例分为2组,治疗组52例采用CPAP治疗,对照组30例采用面罩吸氧,2组均结合患儿病情变化给予呼吸兴奋剂、强心、利尿、抗生素、糖皮质激素等综合治疗与护理。结果治疗组血气指标PaO2及SaO2明显高于对照组(p<0.05)。结论CPAP治疗新生儿窒息合并呼吸衰竭效果很好,能有效减少并发症的发生。
