颅脑外伤病人的急诊抢救与护理

目的提高颅脑外伤患者抢救成功率,减少并发症发生,确保患者生命安全。方法用良好的急救护理知识和技能,积极配合医生抢救,准确、及时、熟练地进行救护工作。结果经医务人员迅速、准确、有效地实施抢救措施,使病人的生命转危为安,为进一步全面救治赢得了时间。急诊抢救成功率由原来的95%提高至96.5%。结论正确的护理是抢救成功的关键一环。在抢救过程中,护理人员急救技能的熟练程度对于保证抢救的顺利进行,减少并发症,降低死亡率,提高成功率,具有积极的重要意义。

Purpose:To improve the rate of success of emergency treatment and reduce the complication in order to assure the patiennts lives.
