丹尼尔用于术前手消毒的效果观察

An Observation on Effect of Dannir Solution for Hand Sterilization before Operation

目的寻求简单有效、皮肤刺激性小的术前洗手消毒方法。方法随机抽取参加手术的医务人员200人次分成2组,每组100人次,使用丹尼尔洗手消毒的为观察组,使用0.5%碘伏洗手消毒的为对照组,分别将2组人员手消毒后进行采样、培养观察,比较2种消毒液的消毒效果、耗时、皮肤刺激(皮肤干燥、脱屑、皮疹、瘙痒等)。结果观察组与对照组消毒后均能达到杀菌目的,其细菌培养阳性率比较,差异无显著性意义(p>0.05),碘伏消毒耗时长、皮肤刺激性大。结论丹尼尔皮肤消毒法具有操作简便、耗时短、皮肤刺激性小、手感舒适等优点,特别是在进行消毒时非接触性操作,减少了污染机会,适合长期使用。

Objective:To find a simple, effective and minor skin-stimulation way for hand sterilization before operation.Method:Two hundred person times of medical staffs who will take part in an operation are randomly selected before being divided into 2 groups (100 person times/group).
