摘要
目的进行颈外静脉与外周静脉留置化疗输液的效果比较,寻求保证化疗效果,减轻病人静脉穿刺痛苦的最佳方式。方法对2组各60例恶性肿瘤术后病人行颈外静脉与外周静脉留置化疗输液进行效果比较,观察输液感染发生率及静脉留置针留置的效果。结果2组无1例发生感染,颈外静脉留置化疗输液导管脱出率明显低于外周静脉留置化疗输液,静脉留置时间明显长于外周静脉留置化疗输液(p<0.01)。结论对恶性肿瘤术后病人进行化疗时可推广使用颈外静脉留置输液。
