某型动力调谐陀螺的承载能力分析

摘要 挠性接头是动力调谐陀螺中最薄弱的部分,对某型的动力调谐陀螺的承载能力进行了分析,建立了陀螺的离散动力学模型,给出了冲击响应及随机激励响应的求解方法。根据各个部分的响应确定了在冲击载荷和实测随机载荷作用下挠性接头的危险局部的应力变化历程,给出了陀螺所能承受的极限冲击载荷,并运用累积损伤理论对挠性接头的疲劳寿命进行了估算。 Flexible joint is the weakest component of a Dynamically Tuned Gyro(DTG).In order to analyze the bearing capability of one type of DTG,a dispersed dynamics model as well as two response calculation methods for impact load and random load is introduced respectively.Local stress–time serials are attained by response of every DTG components.Maximal impact acceleration that the DTG can bears is given,and fatigue lives in different load cases are calculated by the fatigue damage accumulating theory.
