摘要
采用SEM、XRD和XPS方法,从膜层的表面形貌及元素组成入手,研究了无铬化学转化膜(CFM)的成膜及腐蚀过程,提出了双层成膜机制和层层腐蚀机制。
The formation and corrosion processes of chrome-free chemical conversion coating on Mg alloy were studied based on surface morphology and elemental composition by SEM,XRD and XPS.Bilayer film formation mechanism and layer-by-layer corrosion mechanism were developed.
