摘要
论述了钢结构腐蚀机理和腐蚀防护措施。介绍了大气环境的6种腐蚀分类方法。对处于不同腐蚀环境中的钢结构涂装规范进行了详细说明。以两个成功的案例说明了锌粉底漆+环氧中间漆+丙烯酸聚氨酯面漆涂装配套体系具有较佳的防护性能。
The corrosion mechanism and corrosion protection measures of steel structure were discussed. Six kinds of classification methods in atmospheric environment were introduced. The coating criterions of steel structure under different corrosion environments were particularized. Two successful cases showed that a coating accessory system of zinc powder under lacquer + epoxy mid lacquer + acrylic acid polyurethane surface lacquer has good protection performance.
