摘要
分析了绝缘子金属附件在热镀锌时出现漏镀、灰暗、皱纹、厚度不均匀、锌瘤,及热镀锌后的机加工、修整工序中出现脱锌皮、变色、"白锈"等缺陷的主要原因,包括表面预处理状况不佳,基体状态不良,锌液中夹杂了有害成分,镀锌工艺不合理及机加工方法上的缺陷。给出了控制缺陷的措施,如酸洗后进行清水漂洗,抛光前要根据情况进行脱脂处理,热镀锌前增加活化助镀,降低锌液中铁离子含量,采用正确的方法向锌液中添加合金,根据镀件的大小制定合理的浸锌时间,严格控制锌液温度等。
