This article mainly introduces a developed module based on the base power and environment monitor System,that is to say,the remote check and discharge management module of base storage batteries,to achieve remote check and discharge management of base storage batteries. This article focuses on such introductions as its system principles,hardware formation,system disposal and software adjustment.
