摘要
自1997年首套西门子直流供电系统投入使用以来,到目前为止大部分系统设备已达到更新周期的年限。但由于通信用直流供电系统的负荷大多属于重要通信用户,如何安全、有效的完成设备替换,减少更新工作对通信设备正常运行的影响,是本次研究项目需要解决的问题。
By now the majority of the system equipment has reached its replacement cycle since its first operation in 1997. Due to the fact that the communication DC power supply system mainly supports VIP clients of the company,how to safely and effectively complete the replacement of the system as well as to minimize the impact of the replacement on daily system operation have become a crucial issue that needs to be solved for this project.
