摘要
待加工原棉中往往混有难以分辨的异性纤维,能否有效地的去除这些杂质长期以来一直困扰着棉纺企业,关系到棉纺产品的质量和企业的生存.在本文中我们研究设计了异性纤维分拣图像处理系统.该系统以数字信号处理器(DSP)作为硬件平台,在软件编程上引入操作系统的编程思想,采用基于统计量的图像处理算法对所采集的图像进行处理,实现了对混有异性纤维的原棉分拣.实验表明,系统可简便、高效地实现异性纤维检测和剔除.
