摘要
针对半导体发光二极管(LED)参数检测仪器还比较欠缺的现状,提出可以实现LED光、色、电性能的全性能、高精度测试驱动电路.通过利用MAX1647电源管理芯片的数控恒流/恒压特性,设计了驱动能力为4.096A,步长为1mA的LED供电电路,结合C8051F020的内部特性,实现了光电转换信号的采集,光谱分析步进电机同步驱动,并且提供了友好的LCM接口界面和上位PC机的串口通讯.在实际的LED参数测试中,证明了该驱动电路设计不仅高效、安全、可靠,而且大大的提高了整个系统的智能化程度.
