摘要
叙述由压力传感器和内含多通道24位A/D转换器的MSC1210单片机组成的智能压阻真空计,具有结构简单、精度高、功耗低和全数字的通信功能等优点.分别从硬件和软件两个方面具体介绍了智能压阻真空计的原理及具体设计.
A smart piezoresistance vacuum gauge was proposed.It consists of piezoresistance pressure sensors and MSC1210 which has a multi-channel 24 bit A/D converter.It has advantages of simple structure,high precision,low power.The principle and designing process of the smart pressure vacuum gauge is introduced from the basis of the designing of hardware and software respectively.
